Error made with original order. Product was dispatched but didn't arrive. Emailed Customer Services to explain I was still waiting for the order which was for a holiday I was going on later that week. They replied promptly and sent a replacement product within 48 hours of our discussion. Happy that the product arrived so quickly and included a handwritten note from Jen to wish me a happy holiday! Would definitely order from Nicely Polished again and would recommend the service to friends & family too!
