This was my first purchase from Nicely Polished and I'm happy to say that I will be using them again in the future.
One of the Shellac colours in the collection I ordered was out of stock. I received a voicemail apologising and was told that the order would be despatched with the out of stock colour being sent on as soon as it came back in.
I received the bulk of the order in a day or two after ordering and the out of stock Shellac turned up a couple of days after the main order.
EXCELLENT customer service, keep it up guys!
