One of my items was perfect. The other was not what I ordered. I was told that it was “listed wrongly” when I rang to query. I don’t feel I should need to return an item I didn’t order for a refund -due to it being incorrect from your end. I asked your staff to make sure this ‘wrong listing’ was corrected so that it didn’t happen to anyone else.
