Ordered two of the same bracelet but unfortunately only one was left in stock. Nicholls Online contacted me quickly to let me know and ask if I wanted to switch bracketed or get a refund. I asked for a refund and received the other bracelet the next day. Very quick and efficient. Bracelet is perfect as well!
