ordered a scarf 12 days ago… was told it was shipped 10 days ago ‘next day delivery’ I was hoping to wear it during the cold weather, obviously Nicholls had other plans. I asked for an update (& a tracking number which they also don’t provide you with) 6 days in & received an update that it will arrive on the 3rd of December, it’s now the 7th. I asked for the tracking number again, and once again i was ignored. I find it very odd that a company can claim they send their parcels ‘next day delivery’ which is a service that always has a reference number or a tracking number provided, yet don’t give the information to the customer. I also find it odd how an item can be sent ‘next day’ delivery, but still not be here 12 days later. By the time I receive this scarf, if i ever do, it’ll be summer. Don’t shop with this company.
