Incredible customer service other companies should take note! Unfortunately one of the items I ordered developed a fault(absolutely not Nicholls fault poor fabric used by the manufacturer) and from the initial email to receiving the refund there customer service team were so helpful! I have purchased other items and been just as happy with the service from order to delivery. Cannot recommended highly enough.
