Excellent customer service, there had been a problem with my order and I was called personally within a couple of hours of placing the order and an alternative design/replacement arranged, which was so much nicer than just receiving an email. The member of staff was very efficient and helpful. Items arrived on the expected day of delivery. I was very impressed with the service and items and would definitely recommend and shop here again.
