I was really impressed by the service provided by Nicholls online. My order confirmation was followed up by a phone call to inform me my purchase would not be dispatched until the following day. Great to be kept informed. As promised, parcel arrived on the day stipulated. Customers are made to feel they are dealing with real people who are striving to provide a good service.
