What a lovely surprise to experience not only "Fabulous Customer Service" but over and above what I would have expected. Upon their receipt of my on-line order, a lovely email to inform me that sadly the order had missed that days post run but would be sent out first think.
Followed by concise follow up emails until my order was with me.
Great service and a cheer email correspondence.
To top it off the product was just as expected and described on the website.
