I visit the shop in Abergavenny and it is always a thoroughly enjoyable experience even with young children.
I have also ordered online and received the parcel intact, not battered and more importantly when I opened the box it felt special because it was tissue wrapped. A small gesture maybe but wonderful experience these days when the parcel often damaged and portly wrapped. A star.
Even though my purchase was the wrong size exchanging the item at Abergavenny was not a problem and staff were as usual were attentive but not overbearing. Well done!
