I bought three tunics from Nicholls Online. Delivery was free and amazingly quick - they arrived a day and a half after I'd ordered them. Everything was nicely wrapped. After trying them on I decided to only keep one, and I posted the other two back, tracked postage. I did have to pay for this myself, but that's fair enough. The refund was equally quick. It was all trouble free and they seem to be super efficient. I would happily use Nicholls Online again.
