I was extremely satisfied with the service I received from Nicholls. The guy on the phone was friendly and helpful and delivery very quick.
I decided to change my jacket for a different colour, so visited the Abergavenny store, where the lady who served me had already been advised that I was coming and knew exactly what I wanted.
It's so good to deal with a company who care about their customers, thank you.
