Ordered some Holland & cooper slides. They arrived scuffed on the logo, they were clearly off the shop floor as packaging was also damaged and ripped as well as tags not attached. One shoe was loose in the box and crinkled where it had been tried on and bent. Emailed and the response received was “I’m very sorry to hear this”. Customer service very very shoddy.I feel as though they didn’t care.
