what a fantastic company to deal with ordered a Cath Kidston bag which got lost emailed company and Manager phoned me next day to apologise, as it was the last one couldnt send a replacement, next day received another phone call from manager to say bag had turned up he would let me have it at a cheaper price refund my original payment and recharge me at lower price . The next day Saturday my bag arrived refund followed on Monday . Bag is great such a helpful pleasant company to deal with brilliant customer service would definetly use again .
