I ordered the swarovski Christmas crystal as a christening present (but had left it until the last minute). This was one of the very few places to stock it. They offered next day delivery but would let one know, by phone, within the hour if this was not going to be possible. They did! However, when I shared my disappointment that I would not receive it in time for the christening, the most delightful lady emailed me back to tell me that she would do her best to get it to me. This was not a problem of their making! It was my own fault! However, Becky Jones, the lady in question, went out of her way to get the item and get it delivered by Royal Mail (signed for delivery). It arrived the next day!! I cannot begin to tell anyone how impressed I was by the courtesy and standard of service offered and provided. The item was beautiful and I was so grateful.
