I wanted a gift for my best friend and saw that the company Nichols had voyage Maison cushions. After placing my order I received a call from them checking the postcode for delivery and I also received an email. The lady on the telephone was extremely pleasant and helpful and had such a nice tone to her voice. Nothing was too much trouble and the delivery arrived well packaged the next day ...less than 24hrs since I placed my order. I don't know how they did it but fantastic service from an online provider.
