Amazing customer service. Delivery by DPD was reported as rejected. I received an email the next working day from Nicholls asking if the delivery was still required which I confirmed it was and they followed up with a phone call when I expressed concern about the rejected delivery. Item arrived the next working day as they said it would! I would absolutely order from here again!
