The most excellent all-round online shopping experience ever!! Due to having a problem trying to pay for my item with PayPal I rang the store and explained what my problem was and the girl that took my call gave my details to Luke the online sales manager , who despite it being a Sunday and his day off still rang me and assured me he would sort my order out which he did and kept me updated every step of the way until I received it !!! Exemplorary customer service so rarely found in today's busy world . Thank you ????
