Good service, arrived well packaged. Unfortunately there was a big black mark on the upper right back. I took a risk and tried to remove the mark rather than send it back as the item has sold out everywhere. Fortunately I got rid of the mark but I do think it should have been noticed by whoever packed the item as it was very noticeable. Although you had it on sale Joules had reduced this item to £40, your price was £80 in the sale
