Service was very quick - next day arrival. The bear was as described and fully satisfied with. Only problem and the reason I gave four stars and not five is the bear - which was not cheap and liable to damage - was just wrapped in plastic bag and sent out. Not happy with this and item really should have been packed more securely in a box.
