I had to return skirt purchased for next size up and phoned Nicholls Online as instructed to ensure next size available. Hannah said stock showing only 1 left so would check with warehouse and call me back. Called me back to say she had reserved item and would hold until receipt of my return. She couldn't have been more helpful or pleasant. Very impressed with such excellent customer service, Only hope this skirt fits !!
