I ordered a White Stuff Gilet on a Friday and spoke with one of the Nicholls staff re delivery. As I was to be out all day Sarturday I arranged delivery for Monday. Subsequently I was informed of a delay and the delivery took place on Tuesday. Nicholls kept me informed both by telephone and follow up emails and when the package arrived I was delighted to see how beautifully my gilet had been packed.
