Normally I choose to ignore these feedback requests because they land in my inbox almost every day and (to be honest) life is just too short. However, I discovered Nicholls Online whilst searching for a gift (for a very discerning Italian sister-in-law) and the pressure was on, particularly as John Lewis had sold out of the item I wanted. I placed the order more in hope than expectation having not come across the store before, but the experience has put Nicholls Online very firmly joint-first in my list of preferred online retailers. These are the reasons: clear, user-friendly website; lovely product range; competitive pricing; rapid delivery with no P&P; parcel tracking; careful wrapping. It was online shopping that really did make my life easier AND I felt very warm and cuddly about supporting a long established family business in such a beautiful part of the country (rather than a soulless chain store). We need more such businesses! Thank you for the excellent service and the lovely product. I will definitely be returning.
