Fast delivery, item arrived in perfect condition but Ugg boots were too narrow on the calf so I had to return. Quick refund. No problems with the Co. or item. BUT very disappointed I had to pay £12 to return boots with insurance and signature. In future, I will buy elsewhere with free returns. Costly mistake on my part !!
