From the minute the phone call was answered to the finish of the call the Nicholls response was excellent, very courteous & most helpful in full filling my order. I then received a detailed confirmation of my order by email & a further email detailing my delivery date. On the day of my delivery I also received a time window for the expected delivery. Unfortunately I was not home when the delivery arrived but a card informed me that the parcel was at a neighbors hours & an email was also sent confirming that detail.
