excellent customer service, had to speak to someone on the phone and confirm delivery before Christmas even ordering just one week before. Delivered in 3 days and was able to track all the way, had constant e-mails updating on progress. Would not hesitate to use again or recommend to friends and family. Well done Nicholls.
