Having been let down by 2 other jewellers who took my order and then cancelled a day later wasting my time, the staff at Nicholls Online checked for me if the item was in stock and made sure it arrived in time for Christmas. Very happy with service and product. Price was also lower than the other 2 jewellers so happier still. ????
