To start with I had problems tracing an item. I found it on this website and ordered it but omitted to complete the order properly. I received an email the following day to advise and completed the order. the item was received the following day without carriage costs in good order. What more could a buyer wish for when making a purchase. Well done and thank you Nicholls.
