Unfortunately the item are ordered from Nicolls Online was the wrong size. This was entirely my mistake. However, Nicholls dealt with my enquiries in a highly professional and prompt way, and I was able to return the item and get a refund without any problem at all, in fact they went out of their way to ask the Courier to return the item to them without my even having to organise it.
