I am very happy with this company and Tom in particular. I had an issue with another company where I bought a hand bag and received it packed flat and therefore creased. No way of ensuring that a replacement would be any better so contacted Nicholls and spoke to Tom. He went out of his way to sort me an identical bag and made sure it was in perfect condition. I spoke with him at about 10.00am, received a call back about 1.00, placed order then and received item 11.45 next day. Brilliantly packed. Thank you all.
