Very disappointed in your returns policy. Shoes were wrong size I asked for an exchange but was informed that I would have to pay return postage. This was not made clear at time of ordering. This is not stated on website or on returns slip. As there was no gaurantee that the next size would fit I had no choice but to ask for a refund at my expense.
Please make this clear to customers that free returns are not provided. Very disappointed as I like the product and was happy with the purchase.
