My experience was exceptional, Abbey Jones dealt with my e-mail regarding purchasing a rain jacket and she searched to see which if any shops had this item being deleted left in the size i requested.I did not hold out much hope but i was nicely surprised when i read my e-mail to find she had tracked one down and better still i got it at the discounted price as she had okayed it with her manager.I received it 3-4 days later and my wife was thrilled.I call this customer service going the extra mile as they say.
