Over the moon with the service I received with Nicholls. Ordered a rucksack for my little boy and received the item exactly 12 hours later, even though I paid for normal delivery. Super fast despatch and when it arrived it was wrapped in Nicholls paper - just a little nice touch, because most shops nowadays just through the item in a jiffy bag/box. Will definitely use again in future.
