I ordered a coat over the phone which I really wanted/needed next day. The team at Nicholls went out of their way to make sure I got it asap (and on a Saturday morning too!). They honestly couldn't have done more; truly exceptional customer service which is rare these days. Thank you Nicholls from a very happy customer!!
