I ordered a Jacket and it arrived very promptly and all packaged in very pretty paper, which I thought was adorable! The jacket was beautiful but sadly too long for me and there wasn't another one in my size , so I had to return it. The return was quick and easy no problems at all. I would definitely use Nicholls again in future
