I was very happy with Nicholls service - it is always good. However I could not find a place to put my Nicholls card number in and was slightly confused when I had said that I would collect in store to receive and email saying my order had been dispatched and would be delivered by Royal Mail. I love my purchase and well done for the way the shop is presented, it is always a pleasure to browse and shop in it. Congratulations
