First class service all round! From placing my order over the telephone to receiving the beautifully wrapped package within 48hrs! Sadly the item was unsuitable and required returning....even this process was simple, no hassle and more importantly free! Shop with confidence the staff on the end of the telephone are super....I am sure the lady I dealt with was called Becky (apologies if incorrect)
