Ordered online & delivery was spot on. Unfortunately the item did not fit, so had to ring up to arrange a return. Customer services were brilliant & sent me an email with a link to print off a free (tracked) returns label. They followed up with an email to say that they had received the item & again to inform me that I had been refunded. Can’t fault them at all.
