I had a charlie bear on order for several months. When he finally came into stock i was notified of his arrival. I made a payment over the phone and as there was a promotion running online for five per cent off, nicholls honoured this. From ordering to my parcel arriving it only took two days. The staff were courteous and helpful. I would definately use them again.
