First time I have bought anything from Nicholls Online and it was an excellent experience.
The item I ordered was too large but a free return/exchange policy was easy. I received my smaller item within 3 days. Email correspondence was addressed immediately and the impression I had was that of an efficient, friendly and well run business. I hope to buy other items from Nicholls Online in due course as they stock good quality merchandise - just 'my kind of stuff'!! Many thanks.
