Excellent service. Necklace arrived in good condition and very nicely wrapped. Only negative I could take from my experience is that the message card was very poor. It's just a brown cardboard tag with my message handwritten with a thick black marker. Drop this Nicholls, don't let this make an excellent presentation look a bit cheap. Other than this, everything was 10/10. Thank you
