Enquired in Crickhowell store for trousers which they did not stock,, The staff were extremely helpful and rang the branch in Brecon to enquire for me and offered to have the item sent to the Crickhowell store. As I was travelling back home to Suffolk this was no good for me so I ordered on line as they suggested. There was no charge for delivery and they arrived very quickly. Excellent service all round.
