We had a slight difficulty ordering through the website but then when the order was completed everything moved speedily and smoothly. My boots arrived promptly, well packaged and exactly as described. The colour photo online wasn't a great representation but I'd seen them in the shop, previously. Thanks a lot Nicholls - red boots knock red roses out of the park every time!
