Amazing, fast delivery and very helpful staff. I ordered a gift for my dog and I ordered the wrong size. I phoned at ask if they had a smaller in size to find out they had sold out but with the help from the ladies. I managed to choose another one and they put this to one side while they waited for my returned item, returning the item was really easy print label go to post office and it’s all free of charge big thank you for that 😊. The other dog coat was a little bit more and I was able to pay the difference over the phone and it was with me the next day again free of charge.
