Cannot fault Nicholls. Ordered a shirt on Next Day delivery, which Royal Mail failed to deliver, although I got confirmation of delivery. E mailed Nicholls as it was a Saturday and a refund for delivery was given with no problems first thing Monday. The shirt was beautifully packaged and wrapped in self named paper which was a nice touch. All round brilliant service.
