I was pleasantly surprised at Nicholls online ordering system. It is very easy to place an order, with free delivery. The only problem is having to choose from their amazing range of smart casual clothing. The lovely dress I sent for came beautifully and carefully packaged via first class post. Unfortunately it was a bit tight and I was equally pleased at how easy it was to arrange a free return. I will definitely be shopping there again.
