I'm really pleased with the service I've received so far! Unfortunately the ring I bought for my wife developed a fault - I reported this to Nicholls, and within the hour I had a phonecall from a friendly gentleman who told me exactly how they were going to sort it out, and sent me an email with a pre-paid returns label. Proper customer service, they come across as really friendly and caring.
