There were initial problems with the specific job we needed doing, however I'd personally like to thank Beverley in the way she 'grabbed the reins' and dealt with this complex issue. Even when the problem couldn't be finally resolved the manner & level of re-imbursement we received made the whole experience a much better one & she is a credit to the Company.
