Placed an order for a LG TV. Described as being available and would be delivered within 3-7 days. After a week with the order sitting in processing I contacted sales support, which you can only do by sending a message. Took about 24 hours to get a response that they were waiting for the TV from the manufacturer and that they had no ETA. They also stated that while this was bad news, the good news was I was saving money. I replied that I was not saving money as it is not saved if I never receive anything. I also pointed out that their web site still was advertising the tv as in stock with a 3-7 day delivery. Got a refund via PayPal dispute. Never again.
