I tried to order a camera battery from this lot, the transaction failed during verification.
I contacted them 8 times in all, even via their Facebook page. I only ever got a reply via facebook saying they could not deal as it was not customer service.
I just discovered they billed my card and never sent the battery.
This is theft! Got to get in touch with my card company now.
